Bought this set in October 2021 for a project I was building for a customer. Everything worked as it should without exceptions. I ended up overpowering the motor and stripping the gears. I order another 2 and immediately broke another. The owner of this company reached out to me, actually called and discussed the problem as well as 20+ emails and helped me determine not only do I need a much larger motor, but also helped me devise some simple ways to mitigate future failures with my project!
